At Monthly Bangers, we are dedicated to providing an elite and seamless delivery experience for our community of connoisseurs, whether you are located within India or abroad. Please review the following procedures to understand our artisanal fulfillment process.
1. Shipping Methods and Timelines
We partner with premier logistics providers—including FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL, DTDC, Ecart, and Smarter Logistics—to ensure your fragrance arrives securely.
 * Dispatch Window: All orders are shipped within 15 days of placement.
 * Domestic Delivery (India): Typically arrives within 1–5 days from the date of dispatch.
 * International Delivery: Estimated minimum of 7 days from the date of dispatch.
 * Transit Times: Generally ranges between 2 to 10 days once the package is with our courier partners.
2. Shipping Costs and Insurance
 * Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available for all orders delivered within India.
 * International Rates: Global shipping is calculated based on destination zone and package weight, visible at checkout.
 * Insurance: Every purchase is fully insured during transit until it reaches your door.
 * Signature Required: To guarantee secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. Once signed for, responsibility for the goods transfers to the recipient.
3. International Taxes and Duties
 * Domestic: Prices for Indian customers include all applicable taxes and duties.
 * Global: International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Product prices do not include local import duties or customs fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and must be settled at the time of delivery to release the order from customs.
4. Returns and Cancellations
Given the artisanal and limited-edition nature of our "Monthly Bangers" series, all sales are final.
 * Fulfillment Errors: Returns or replacements are only granted in the event of an incorrect or missing item. In these specific cases, Monthly Bangers will cover all courier charges.
 * Cancellations: No cancellations can be made once an order has been dispatched. For pre-shipment cancellations, please contact us immediately via email.
 * Exclusions: Damage resulting from neglect or improper usage is not covered under our policy.
