Returns & Exchanges: The Monthly Bangers Commitment
At Monthly Bangers, we craft exclusive, limited-run olfactive experiences designed for a private community of connoisseurs. Given the artisanal nature of our series, our policy ensures the integrity of every bottle delivered to your collection.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the limited-edition and artisanal nature of our fragrances, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a selection from the monthly series is sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Fulfillment Errors
We take immense pride in our precision, but should a human error occur, we are committed to making it right:
 * Returns or replacements are processed only in cases of fulfillment errors, such as receiving an incorrect or missing item.
 * In the event of an incorrect shipment, Perito Moreno will cover all associated courier charges.
3. Damage & Misuse Exclusions
Please note that our quality guarantee does not extend to circumstances beyond our production:
 * Perito Moreno is not responsible for damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or any other misuse of the products.
 * Such instances are strictly excluded from our replacement policy.
